Contributions Regulations (starting 01.01.2026)

Membership fees are due immediately upon joining the club and in subsequent years in January of each year without request. If joining the club occurs in the second half of the year (from July 1st), only half of the fee for the current year is due. In subsequent years, the full fee is due again. All payments (except for travel expenses for litter inspection, which are due immediately in cash to the breed warden upon inspection) are to be made by bank transfer to the club's bank account or the club's PayPal account. Invoices relating the breeding activities are generally sent via email and are due immediately. A 10,-€ late fee will be charged for late payments. Failure to pay in full and on time may result in converting to a resting membership with a ban on all activities and roundmails. In addition an expulsion from the club and a ban from all further events is possible. Registration fees are always due at the time of registration, only then does the registration become valid.

Listings relating the breeding activities on the club's website are free of charge. If a member is removed due to violations of the rules, reinstatement will incur a fee of 25,-€.

This fee schedule takes effect on January 1st, 2026.
